Warranty coverage
All jewelry is covered for 12 months from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects such as broken clasps or loose settings.
Not covered
- Normal wear, scratches or tarnish.
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse or improper care.
- Lost stones caused by impact.
How to claim
Send us your order number and photos of the item. We will repair or replace eligible pieces free of charge.
